I work for a fairly large company, and I am able to get a rate at a nice hotel for $179. Our Corporate rate is available for personal use. I'm woudl be just tagging along with her on the trip.
Would there be an issue of reserving the the hotel in her name, (she needs to submit reciepts for expense reimbursement), with my corporate rate. Since I will be staying with her?
It seems a little shady but doable? Is it ok? Are there any ramifications?

I would think that hotel should be amenable to changing the name on the folio when printing it.
Otherwise, given the steep discount, would her boss/company go along with this?
Perhaps the hotel would agree to a name of 'Sandra Smith-Jones' or something like that if it would make it past accounting.
You could always call the hotel anonymously and ask the duty manager.
