I applied to do the PLT challenge from October 1 & was told it was 10,000 miles in any class to achieve it. Flew 14872 miles within first month (in N or S fare seats) and have today been told PLT requires 10,000 & I've only got 7938.

Have the UK/Europe desk got it right or wrong?

This has had an impact on my wife going challenge starting Friday & they've not dropped to Gold Challenge as there was no way she'd get PLT in the 3 months allowed.
