Not entirely true. There are also a couple of HA fare classes that don't earn mileage. I've also seen in the fare rules some HA fares that don't allow mileage earning on partner plans. Don't know if it's the same classes that AS has listed or not, but be very careful if you are creditting long haul flights and counting on those miles!
