I would not rate the SIN F lounge above the BKK one on anything but space, the food selection was not as good IMHO, and the drink selection wasn't particularly outstanding. It was however very large in comparison to the BKK F lounge, which has a more intimate feeling. I also prefer the bathrooms at BKK.
I actually prefer the *A lounge in BKK recently flew BKK to PEK anmd had good experience.
