I need a couple of rentals in Florida (Tampa and again in Orlando) later this month and next. Four adults and one infant in a carrier plus 2 weeks' of luggage for each. I was thinking about the Uplander minivan but it doesn't appear that there's a bench style seat for the second row. So that means no middle seating position for the baby which then means someone has to sit in the 3rd row and take up space that would otherwise be used for lugagge.

So, is this assumption wrong or would the Trailblazer (or Yukon) be the better choice?
