Back again!
Started receiving offers again today, but only 2. I probably wouldn't have figured out what was wrong without Flyertalk, so thanks to all who have posted on this thread!
When I went to check my account, I clicked on the email preferences link under my profile, but that was not the place where I found the unchecked box. It was at the beginning of viewing my entire account. I hope this helps someone else. By the way, I did check and already had bonusreply... in my address book. I certainly did not change my profile and uncheck the box, so I have no idea how it happened.
