It's a non refundable ticket for NW130... which has been cancelled by NWA. I find that when a consumer buys item A but is given item B, the consumer usually wins despite the fine print. This point is rather moot because %99 of small claims cases like this the big corporation never shows up and the consumer wins by default. Great country
Although personally I'll probably end up eating the cost of the ticket and NW will eat the cost of my lost patronage. (That is if I can get some status comped on AA)
What are you suggesting about returning the ticket for $100? Do you mean reschedule?
