Food cops on these boards do not represent the average passenger as much as they try to convince themselves that they do. If AA is only going to cater healthy food, they should remove all the alcohol at the same time - "in the interest of health" after all.
Health issues aside, it just seems low class for First Class to offer "pizza" or "chicken fingers" when AA's main rival offers lovely salads.
