I had a turkey wrap yesterday on LAX-STL, it was good and healthy. I also like pizza. And chicken fingers. AA offers unhealthy food because that's what the majority of the people want. Food cops on these boards do not represent the average passenger as much as they try to convince themselves that they do. If AA is only going to cater healthy food, they should remove all the alcohol at the same time - "in the interest of health" after all.
My only comment though is that AA should try to balance the offerings to offer a choice of "wrap or pizza" or "salad or chicken fingers" instead of October being "pizza or chicken fingers" month and November being "turkey wrap or chicken wrap" month. I don't get the alternating "all healthy" or "all unhealthy" waves AA goes through. The way it works now, it is bound to make some people unhappy no matter what.
