SIN wins in my books in all areas.
Actually the BKK, SIN and HKG lounges are all jointly operated by both QF and BA - they are part of the JSA. That is why when you use the facilities, the best of both tend to be on display.
I do have to agree that SIN is perhaps the best lounge in the QF/BA portfolio of lounges.
