I wish this was my experience. I am always very polite and respectful no matter where I am sitting, but I have certainly noticed a downtown in FA service since the UA pension fund and wage cut issues.

Strangely enough though, I have had more problems with UA Int'l business class FAs than any other type. Maybe these were the ones that had more to lose by the pension and wage cuts. But I would say that every other Int'l business class flight I take there is a FA that is grumpy about life in general and acts like anything that i ask for is a huge deal.

My next trip is UA first class Int'l, so hopefully that will be a bit better.
