Booked and waitlisted for both the outbound and the return. That seems to be happening quite often to me on the JFK-LHR flights. The outbound shows F7 A0, so I have a shot there if they convert revenue seats over. The return shows F1 A0....but things could change in a week and a half when I fly.
At least I get the LON05 for 50K miles....pretty nice mileage bonus.

If you are flying on a full fare J ticket (or any other ticket that can be changed without penalty) and you have a little flexibility in your schedule, you should consider continuing to monitor the flight on your travel days, as changing to a different flight in order to claim available A inventory is easy to do. Similarly, many of us would do the same thing to assure a suites configuration instead of coffins.
