Great to find this thread, at least it's not something I'm doing wrong! I am having no luck with the system doing it automatically. The only positive is that calling AW telesales line is quick, there hasnt been a wait any time I have called and they just move me up manually. Plus, the AW agents are really nice.
By the way, it's kind of insulting to be doing OLCI and get asked, "would you like to purchase an upgrade?" yeah, thanks...
