I think travelocity sometimes has trouble with multiple connections (esp from Dream Maps). Have you tried using ual.com?
I don't see it published from BOS, the lowest there seems to be SQ (quite a bit higher). So from BOS your best bet might end up a cheap transcon connecting to the MNL fare.
