There will not be time to have a lunch or somewhat, but there is no need to hurry, unless LH manages to stick to their schedule with the inbound a/c and you aboard. So no thing to really worry about. In case of a late departure in Geneva, just talk to a FA and they will handle you and your connection! Enjoy your flight!
