After having read this whole thread about suites and and the high rolling adventures of many, I have some to share.

I was in Las Vegas back in August of this year, I got in at night via limo from the airport to the MGM Grand. I asked the lady if they had any of their jacuzzi suites available. The lady replied there was only one left so I gave her my card and said "go ahead, upgrade me to that room". I loved the room - was a 700+ sqft room with jacuzzi and shower combo. Really enjoyed my week long stay at the MGM Grand too!

I am going to SYD + ADL and might upgrade my rooms there on the spot when I go. I am staying at the Radisson Hotel + Suites when in SYD, and in Rydges Adelaide when in ADL.
