They answer it with "Thanks for calling the Silver Preferred Divendend Miles center, this is Bleh bleh". The recording at the first answer is the right one, but the people sometimes mix.

I generally hit the right (or wrong) prompts and get a person without punching in my DM #...I know there is a way to get to a person by entering your DM#, which I'd guess would then route to the right person.
