You know, 20 years ago when I started flying first class, the FA's went out of their way to make their passengers welcome, pre-flight drink, a personal welcome of the passenger by name. First class sure ain't the same since they started letting people like me in.
Maybe after the next time Continental goes Chapter 11 you can get a good "Manufacturing" job at Burger King, where you won't have to worry about kissing your customer's you-know-what.
Continental's got a lot of great employees, but there's a few who need to learn that their economic security is dependent on customer satisfaction.
