Well - When it is cold in Paris, a bowl of Pho will take off the chill. Personally, I love to try ethnic food in other countries (I live in SF Bay Area), to see how it differs. Lots of great Asian food in Paris.

I agree. Why go to Paris for Vietnamese Pho when you have great Pho in SoCal? I'd stick with traditional French cuisine while in Paris.
