I spent a week there in March for a conference and business appointments with colleagues who were also staying there. I am definitely not a fan of large hotels and wouldn't choose WanChai as my neighborhood of choice in HK, but I, too, thought that the service was terrrific, especially given the size of the hotel. The rooms are quite large and comfortable as well.
