Also, just because it says the itn is ticketed, it doesn't necessarly mean it's a done deal.
Only when you can print a receipt (not just the itn) from the res page, has the actual ticket number been applied and whatever form of payment you chose, has been pulled/received by AA.
I just used a voucher for payment. The res was showing purchased for about 2 weeks. AA finally ticketed the res about 2-3 days ago, but my CC still hasn't been charged for the difference and I still can't print the receipt, but on My Reservations it clearly states that the itn is TICKETED.
All my other reses that are paid for and have been ticketed, have the Print Receipt option available.
