Art'otel is quite out of the way and I wouldn't stay there. It is close to the Kiraly baths though, but that would be its only good feature location wise.

I stayed at the (standard) Marriott which I got on Priceline. Tourist-wise I would say it is very well located and close to a lot of the things you would want to do as a tourist.
