Also, there is a parilla with a local flavor located across the street from a local mall where you can get an excellent steak dinner for appoximately US$8.00,

This place is definitely not touristy, and nobody speaks English.
That did not stop me, however. I ate well despite knowing little Spanish.

There are other places, but none where you can earn or use points (if that is important to you) and certainly no other place where you can stay
inside the park overnight other than camping out.
