you should read the page listed below from flyertalk.com. The people on this message board are your most knowledgeable and loyal customers. you can tell by our posts, that nobody, not even onepass service center employees, can decipher the maze of a policy you have created regarding elite qualifying miles and segments. i think CO owes it to thier customers to make these new rules 100% clear. your elite members expect this from CO and i dont it is to much to ask.
