i cannot imagine that if a Q fare is booked on CO.com, yet operated on NW metal, that you would not get 100% EQM. same goes for DL. its a CO flight no matter how you cut it. its got a different flight number. even if it didnt work, a call to a supervisor at OP would definetely get you 100%. </font>
the explanation given to me by a OP rep was the carrier operating the flight awarded the miles/EQM...so, if you booked a Q fare on CO which placed you in K class on NW, then NW would only award 50% EQM and no segments even though the fare paid qualified for 100% EQM.

One of the problems I have encountered and reported on is one carrier's fare code not translating properly on codeshare flights.

I have booked a Y fare on a NW ticket flown on a CO flight, only for CO to book me in their H class. I have asked CO and NW, even requesting escalation, to get a clear answer on buying a Q fare ticket from NW which contains CO segments, since Q on CO only earns 50%EQM, but the fare code is suppose to earn 100%. Guess what? No response or clear answer.

I have had less stress buying a car then I have had buying a stupid plane ticket lately.
