As for the log in- FireFox and Netscape will allow memorization of passwords...perhaps IE does as well. Makes the log in very simple.

I think there is a big disconnect between the real experts and guys like me who barely know what a fare code is (but I am a pseudo expert on GUIs or used to be at least). But here is the thing if a hidden class exists why not just query it and show it in a different color (emphasizing an EF advantage). Why do I have to even figure out that the fare class exists before I query it (and that after starting a thread on FT "what fare class...?"
EF has an issue with PWs and I believe it is their concern with people misusing their site. They can keep me logged in with a cookie (as an option "keep me logged on") but they choose to complicate things and I did exchange a mail with their CS on this...
