You might be a bit of a service-snob. As for random acts of kindness.....RIGHT ON! ^ Isn't that what people expect from us. The company surely never trains us to go hunting for a tiny screwdriver for fixing a pax eyeglasses, or offering my just-read copy of 'Wallpaper' to a passenger who would appreciate it. ...... shall i go on?
