The case is very much relevant to Separation of Powers versus Balance of Powers
in the United States. Here on Flyertalk we have a Supreme Court of Randy, and while Monty Python may say that "Supreme executive power derives from a mandate from the masses, not from some farcical aquatic ceremony..." in our case Executive Power is what Randy says it is
