  • Revealing the "Next Generation" NCW seat

This would give:-
  • Four class with New FIRST, NG NCW, WT+, WT
  • Three Class with Business First, WT+, WT
  • Three Class with NCW (eventually becoming NG NCW), WT+,WT
Not saying this may not happen, but I tend to frown upon the business "first" concept as a poor man's first class, or the business class of an airline trying too hard to compensate for lack of a genuine first class product. Call it what it is: business class. Nothing wrong with not having a first class, if that is good for the business.

In BA's case, I even think it would be a bad idea. It may create elevated expectations, IMHO. Passengers may expect a better offering than when in plain, boring business class where first class is present. But would BA really go to the lengths to add yet another cabin to its products? Maybe if BA completed phased out first class, the rationale for a business first product could make sense (to me, anyway).

And a request... why can we not just call it "Club World" instead of "New new new new new new next generation new divider screens softer cushioning version 12.6 Club World"? Simple, yet elegant, "Club World" is just so much more parsimonious and eloquent. All the N's become schizopheric after a time.
