The download function works fine on with my Outlook 2003. I just click on the download button and a window pops up saying that the download is starting. Then it opens up an appointment window from Outlook. I just save it as usual.

I also use the UA Easy Schedule program on my Palm Treo 650 when I haven't downloaded it otherwise.
