I would love a direct number to the EXP line. As it stands now I call the customer service line and have them transfer me to EXP since I'm calling from Mexico. I don't like dealing with the mexican AA office because they try to do everything "by the book" and will rarely make any changes to procedure, which is pretty much the standard here.
