I've got no experience of TIP, but I've enough experience of travel agents to know it's true. The practical problem though is
which travel agent - I can't see it working with the international chains (read the local Amex agent) and do you really want to take your chances with Trotters Independent Travel (Libya) Ltd.
Anyway - I'm off to see my friendly agent later this week - nett fares for the price of taking her to Pizza Hut!
