First grab some things for breakfast in the bakery and supermarket under the Corredo complex. (You could eat dinner at Corredo too, if you want something "modern" and upmarket, rather than the smokey salarymen holes that I mention below).

If you enjoy nihon shu, then you will surely want to partake at Fukube:

And the area around there is thick with salarymen's izakayas and restaurants, which are good for dinner. And then walk South to the Ginza. Alternatively take the subway to Ginza - or change to Hibiya line and then to Roppongi.
