How about an Elite feature where only narrow people with good dispositions are assigned to seats next to Elites?

Maybe this could be like freshman dorm room assignments or match.com where you could specify your ideal seatmate and be matched up?

Actually, the one realistic implementation would be the capability to leave little annotations on your seat assignment that would appear when someone moused over your seat in the seat selection application. (SAM, weight proportionate to height; etc).
