Urgent: One night Marunouchi Chiyoda-ku and then Shimoda help
FT Tokyo,

Its been years and years since I've been...
I'll be checking into the Palace Hotel on Marunouchi Chiyoda-ku right near Tokyo station on Sunday Nov 6th.
But I'll be getting in Friday afternoon just to get some personal time with Tokyo
So I need some help.

I need a cheap hotel for two right in the area for Friday night. Anything around 10,000Y is fine. I dont expect to get into the hotel till 5 p.m. and then it will be party Friday night. Any suggestions?

Either way I need to book in the next 24-36 hours.

Saturday I wanted to do a trip to Shimoda; overnight there and return Sunday to check into the Palace hotel. I have no idea how to start. Is this something I can book online before I get there? Or just buy a rail ticket and book a Ryoken online?
