A separate question. Is Priceline a good way to get a good deal?
According to Travelocity, there are only three hotels in Waikiki providing free highspeed/WiFi (though this could be wrong) in all guest rooms (all three match your price range, but have received horrible reviews):
Royal Garden at Waikiki
Aqua Aloha Surf
ASTON Coral Reef Hotel
I also know that the ResortQuest Waikiki Sunset (formerlly an Aston hotel) offers free WiFi in a common area.
Personally, for staying two nights by myself, I would probably book myself into the "no view" room at the Sheraton Waikiki for $110/night and be in the middle of it all or splurge or go Priceline, using the various websites out there as a guide for your bid.
If you can then get a good hotel via Priceline, then the extra cost for WiFi in the rooms won't be so bad.
