I was on flight 136. The water was working when we took off, somewhere over Utah the water stopped working. The crew told me the the gauges showed a full tank but nothing was coming out of. We landed in Chicago at 12:30 AM and were off the ground at 2:00 AM. I was impressed how quick they got us off the plane and over to a new plane and moved all of the luggage and catering.
It's nice to have an extra 777 lying around. Did they ever explain what the real problem was? I think it's odd that they diverted for water.
