Over 3 months later, I have not received any sort of follow-up from Guest
Assistance, from the hotel, or from any other source.

On September 29, I received the following reply:
Dear Mr. Eastbay1K,
Thank you for contacting Diamond Special Services.
I am sorry that you have not been contacted. Your concerns have again been
forwarded to our Guest Assistance Department (file xxxxxxx) as well as my
supervisor to ensure a resolution.

It is now November 1. Not a peep. This is beyond unacceptable, and they really shouldn't solicit post-stay comments with this sort of follow-up. I'd have taken my complaint to another source.
