I've had problems with the posting of online booking and check-in bonuses. When I last called to check on them, the agent told me that if they hadn't posted within 48 hours, they probably would not show up without a call to OnePass. He said that CO was trying to determine why some bonuses were posting while others aren't. He fixed it on the spot. It took maybe five minutes, and this included his asking some questions so that he could make notes for tech support.
