With 130,000 miles I'd do J out to MRU and First back since it is a near 12 hour day flight and so plenty of time to take advantage of the First experience.

Alternatively J out to DAR and then a single to MRU. This gives you the chance to try NCW in the 767 for a more intimate feel.
