Thanks for the answer, and can a Hotel mid-year have its Cat raised or lowered? I imagine the Hotel will ask for it to be raised and SPG will check it out and maybe do so, but I cant see a Hotel asking to be lowered.
It took them until about May to catch the fact that they were not being reimbursed correctly. They were asked to supply documentation to support their claim, it was verified, and adjusted accordingly.

I have heard of at least one hotel in AP asking us to lower them mid-year. I have no idea if it was approved or not. Apparently they were worried that they would be getting less award bookings if they went up in category. Go figure.
