ITA shows the following for the 12/25 flight:

F7 A7 J7 D7 I5 Y7 B4 H2 K1 M0 W0 V0 N0 L0 G0 S0 Q0 O0

As for whether they'd allow you to fly the day before (which is, as you suspect, wide open), I'm not sure.
