I like the when used properly.

I PM'd someone once ( someone I know) and suggested to them that they not use the rolleyes because it wasn't being used nicely.

Example:

Someone mistreats you in a trade. That's appropriate.
You post to a thread do a search for the info. This is not necessary.
You had bad service on a flight. Ok.
Who does this poster think he is writing all the above. This depends on whether I know you or not.
