Swiss's revenue management and marketing guys seem to be losing the plot with ticket pricing. LH and BA - successful airlines - have decided to offer tickets INCLUSIVE of charges, taxes, surcharges, insurance etc. They are doing that because customers have said very strongly that that is what they want.

Our dinosaur (pterodactyl?) continues to seduce me with interesting European fares of EUR130 or so, then spoils a wonderful relationship by sneaking in another EUR150 when I try to pay for the ticket.
