BusinessFirst is the Continental equivalent to DL's BusinessElite. There is not First class in any true sense of International First Class.

Nevertheless, CO BF is quite nice. I haven't flown DL's BE, but I am told BusinessFirst is better than BE.

I flew to Koror, Palau on a reward in 1999, and I flew EWR-NRT-GUM-ROR. Spent a couple of days in Tokyo and Guam on the way just for fun.

Keep in mind that you may also find options on Northwest on the route to Japan, because NW has such a heavy presence - so you could mix it up a bit on one reward with multiple airlines, if desired.
