At EZE airport there is an ATM. You will get a better exchange rate that way than at either of the money exchange facilities there; but you should factor in any charges that your US bank may assess on international ATM withdrawals.

(Citibank account holders can use one of the many Citibank ATMs in the city itself -- not the airport -- to avoid these charges I believe.)
