How many times have I heard that announcement: " If you need any assistance at all after leaving the plane, please contact our ground staff or any of our One World partners, who will be pleased to help you "
What does that actually mean? Can you imagine.....
I need my BA e-ticket re-routed and re-issued, can you help me Mrs Finnair?
My luggage was damaged on BA, what are you going to do about it, Senor Iberia?

Does anyone know, how a OW partner could help with any BA specific issue, apart from selling a ticket on their own airline? And what the point of this statement is?
