I recommend the Blue Dolphin Guest House http://www.bluedolphinphuket.com/ The manager (William) is great. And no problem with bringing in guests. The indoor pool is beautiful, just a little cold for my tastes now converted into more rooms. Locations is great, in the middle of the the Paradise strip. Highly recommended.
