The only Palm's with wifi (unless you want to buy a sled or wifi card) are the Tungsten C and the Tungsten TX. The TX is newer (in fact, it came out this month) but you can probably get it cheaper than you can get a T|C. The retail price of a new TX is $300, so if you wait a little while, you'll be able to get one in your price range.
