AA seat-blocking for elites? Are you referring to premier/preferred seating in terms of exit rows and the like?

AA used to routinely seat-block for elites and go according to status in determining where to fill in the adjacent seat. However, nowadays, that is not standard practice.

In terms of "preferred seating", has AA really changed the way it does things for the coach cabin? I haven't noticed much other than the evaporation of MRTC.
